Ok you are probably wondering how my Whole Paleo 30 went well I lost 10lbs, 8.5 inches and 10% body fat..PRETTY AWESOME!!! Then I went on vacation and lets just say I only worked out once and there was no watching what I ate..Ok I watched it go in..Oh well that is why they call it a holiday....I have returned to my workouts and the gained poundage is coming off...Well I hope you like the card and I will have a colour list down below..thks for stopping by and have an amazing day!!
