Good afternoon I am here to show you another card.  This one is a tad racy..I had a request for a special man card so this is what I did and the lady loved it!! The image is a Kenny K don't know what here name is and I coloured her with Copics...Well I have to go and make supper so hope you like and have a great weekend!!!

Back from Vacation!!

Good morning fellow crafters....Today I  have a card for you that follows this months theme which is Black, White and one other colour...I used a SC stamp by Krista Smith her name is WALKIE...I stamped her using Memento Tuxedo Black onto white card stock..I then coloured her with Copics and Prisma Pencils.. Now tell me this little gal is not the cutest thing...The Bingo Card comes from the Whismy Collection which is titled BINGO CARD!!! Ok you are probably wondering how my Whole Paleo 30 went well I lost 10lbs, 8.5 inches and 10% body fat..PRETTY AWESOME!!! Then I went on vacation and lets just say I only worked out once and there was no watching what I ate..Ok I watched it go in..Oh well that is why they call it a holiday....I have returned to my workouts and the gained poundage is coming off...Well I hope you like the card and I will have a colour list down below..thks for stopping by and have an amazing day!!

Quick Post!! On Vacation!!

Good morning this is a quickie I am on Vacation and the card I am posting is in the building phase..Somewhere between being sick, working out running errands I lost my creative mojo.. I am hoping to get it back or find it in Punta Cana!! Heading On Vacation!!

Ok just a few things..Friday morning leaving for Punta Cana also finished my Whole Paleo30 Challenge..Results were crazy awesome..I dropped 10% body fat as well as 10lbs and a crazy amount of inches...Oh now for the real reason you are here my card.. I choose a image from High Hopes and it is titled Buggy Frog.. I stamped it with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink on White Card Stock and coloured it with Copics and shaded with Prisma Pencils..So without further do here it is..

This week I have created a Smash Book Page using ZUMBA CHICK..and yep you guessed it..KRISTA SMITH!!
The image was stamped with MEMENTO TUXEDO BLACK INK on WHITE CARD STOCK!!  I coloured her with COPICS and PRISMA PENCILS!!! The punches are MARTHA STEWART...This page is important because I am almost done my PALEO WHOLE30!!! One more week and them I get retested..A bench mark workout that I had to do at the start!!

Hello!!

Its My Party!!

Today is thursday and we are already into the middle of March...Well I have a couple of things that I would like to share with ya!!  In less than two weeks I am going to Punta Cana DR with my hubby and my BFF...I have lost 18.8lbs to date and I am still working out six to seven days a week.. Does my body hurt HELL YA!!!!! My trainer Curtis from Elite Training says that I am getting stronger..Along with the 18.8lbs I have lost over a clothing size...Yes I have to put the point eight...reason being is it is so darn hard to lose every grams is worth mentioning...The Paleo Challenge that I have joined is well on the way I am on day15 and still walking around.  Have decided that this is a lifestyle that is not for me but will finish the next 15 days and keep some of the principals it teaches..Other than that my life is boring.... Ok there is one more thing and this is a doozie...I have two amazing daughters...Carrington and Kenzington and these are my reason for everything I do...Carrington is in grade nine and is very pretty and very very smart her whole world revolves around her marks and volleyball...Great kid!!  She comes home from school yesterday a bit off so I ask her about her day and she says I had a bad day and I do not want to talk about it... Ok.. So the mother warning bell goes off in my head and my guns start loading (fake ones).. Later in the evening I finally get the story out of her...Some of the kids at school have decided to start a rumour about her due to the fact that a boy asked her out and she said no..Of course I wanted to charge in there and slap those kids silly but I did the right thing and explain to Carrington that those kids are just jealous and as long as she know the truth that is all that counts..I just wish that these kids would learn that life is long and to be cruel get you no further ahead...Carrington  is such a caring and giving kid she would never hurt a fly to have this done to her make me want to smack them...Well enough about that and onto the real reason you are here the card..My image is an SC and her name is Valentine Petals she was coloured with Copics and shaded with Prisma Pencils..She was first stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black on white card stock..All of the material for this card can be purchased from One Crazy Stamper.. http://www.onecrazystamper.com
