Wednesday...It's A Cold One

It is a cold one here today..There was frost on my plants lets hope they survive..I did a distressed card this week..I struggled with this why I do not know and I colored it with pencils...Chester is the image and I stamped him on Kraft Card stock..I colored him with a range of brown pencils..this is my first monochromatic image.  Hope you like and thks for stopping by..

Thursday..Bugs Bugs and yep More Bugs..

This morning I woke up early due to the fact that my youngest is in a track meet today in Elliot lake.. So I walk out the door coffee in hand go to say Kenzie and all of the sudden I started to choke and gag...You guessed it I had swallowed enough black flies that I will not have to eat any protein today..lol  Ok country living is grt but the bugs the rule the ranch at this time of the year....If I could I would fog them all but my green child has forbid us from using any type of chemicals...They are TOXIC to the environment...Well enough about the bugs...I forgot to mention that when I went to TO I stopped in at a new store..Scrapbook Queens...amazing it is spacious they had crops and mixed media classes happen...the ladies are grt and the paper amazing...picked up a few goodies while I was visiting..http://scrapbookqueens.ca that is there website..Are you wondering if I have a card well of course I do..The image is a Mo Manning and I do not recall the name of it but it is one of my favs...hope you like and have a grt day..make time to create..

Good Morning to all of you fine crafters...Well today it is raining and I have a headache that will not give me a second...Enough whining this weekend I went to TO and took a class with Linda Heavens..For those of you who know me she is one of my favs her talent is immense..The class was grt and in the short time I learned loads..I also had the3 please of sitting with Robin was I love her cards are awesome if you have the chance you should stop by her blog http://stamperextraordinaire.blogspot.com/.  So I am coloring at the moment but today I am going to share a page I did about six months ago..Of course it has pics of my girls..and they were sliding at the golf course..have a good day and always take the time to create..

Thursday Gotta Mo For Ya!!

Good morning to all of my Crafting Peeps!  Today is good had one fight with my daughter who thinks that a tank top is ok to where to school..well after I told her I would cut it up if she wore it the fight was over and guess what she had a tee shirt on..lol bot oh boy why do they have to grow up so fast....What happened to my little flaming red head with the snot covered face....tried to stop feeding them didn't work..This week has been busy with baseball swimming fundraising and life in general...Not complaining I love being a mom..The image I colored is By MO Manning and it is Veronica...I love this image  I am a pretty care free person so I believe that whatever makes you happy you should do along as no one gets hurt...Enjoy life and all it gives because nobody knows what tomorrow will bring.  So I hope you like the card...Well have to go Scooby-Doo is on and that is my favorite cartoon..Can I let you in on a secret I even PVR it so I do not miss it...thks for stopping by..MWAH

This week I have done about 5 cards and tonight I have two more...My grt friend Tracey who I just adore is keeping me hopping with different events...Well if I can put a smile on one face that is worth any amount of time..This card is a Mother's Day card..This image is from Stampingbella and it was colored with Copics and Pencils...Tonight is Carrington's Spaghetti Supper at school to raise money for their trip..So off to that soon..I love pasta but I spent the day cooking at the school only to return to eat it tonight..Tonight is also my Shitzu Birthday her name is Piper...This weekend Carrington who is my oldest is turning 13 yep she will be a teenager...Ok can someone please send me a manual for this age group....I must admit I am pretty lucky she is a good kid..but the pressures today are far grter than those I ever endured...I think the best answer to this eighth wonder is to keep an open line of communication...As adults I think we need to keep an open mind and remember that today is not yesterday...thks for stopping by and I really do thks all of you for leaving your comments..MWAH!!
