Thursday...On The Mend

OK so here is the just of it..Had surgery on Tuesday and as you know today is Thursday and I am already staring to move around and resume my old routine...Great news to me I can sit for more than 6 secs so you guessed it coloring here I come...For my Birthday my hubby spoiled me and I got the movie Tangled I love this movie the horse he cracks me up...My Mom always says to me when are you going to grow up...my response is " why do I have to rush it there are so many adults....with all of the violence what is wrong with a little DISNEY!!!" Ok enough of that you are not here to read about me you want some eye candy well I can help you out with that one..After reading this back to myself that sounds like I am tooting my own horn...Why not who says you can't..lol just kidding..I love this hobby and I love to share with you all and it is a honour when you stop by and leave me your comments...so thks for that and also alot of my inspiration comes from stopping by your blogs...This is a card I did for my nephew Braden it is a Deacon digi but I cannot remember what site I purchased it from...I love him I bought a couple different ones...well hope you like and have a grt day..MWAH!!!!

 First and foremost HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!thks to all of my buds on Facebook!  My Hubby gave me money to put away for my trip to Bellaland at the end of April..Cannot wait..I have keep it short heading for surgery today so here is a card I made for my friends Dad for his Birthday.  I am submitting this to The Spotted Chick Chall. Eggy Bouquet

Well its the end of a work week..Oh wait I have not worked this week..some of you might think that this is a good thing but it seriously cuts into my scrapping fund...So I am hoping next week will be better..I did some coloring this week and here is the second card for my kids class this Saturday...I am going to try and teach them the technique of coloring with Pencils and gamsol...they are going to be using Crayola Pencil Crayons..I did a card with them and they work..Of course the pigment is not as bold but to start out with they are great..So without further ado here is my card..One of the blogs that I follow did something similar to this one and I am truly sorry I have forgotten which one but thanks for the basic idea....The image is from Stampingbella, stamped on StampinUp Whisper White Cardstock, imaged was colored with Prisma Scholar Pencils some of the kids in my class have these to learn with...well thks for stopping by but I am working on this cold Friday.  So have a grt weekend color lots and share your work...MWAH!!

A Quick Note!!

Not too much to say I have been planning another Kids Class and here is one of the cards they will be doing..I am teaching them to color with Crayola Pencil Crayons the same way you do with Prisma Pencils..It works amazing..Hope you like and please keep Japan in you thoughts..love ya..MWAH!!

I just cannot believe the amount of snow that has fallen in the last couple of days...Well the kiddies are happy they can go sliding so I guess there is a plus...Kiddies are on March break and I do not have to put planned...Ok I did a card last night it is for my sister in-law Annie..The name of the image is Annie and she is from Stampingbella... She was colored with pencils as well as some copics...I also have a new fav song it is by Ronnie Dunn and yep he was part of the Duo Brooks and Dunn it is called Bleed Red awesome...well take care and thks for stopping by hope you like the card as well as the song..Kerri

Back To Winter!!

Yep you guessed it I am back from the holiday...I had an amazing time with my Hubby and my Parents..the weather was in the thirties and we never saw a cloud..The resort was out of this world and yes I do miss my Butler...boy oh boy come on next February..Well I have a little creation I did before I left so I thought that I would share it..The image is if Izzie and she is holding a daisy..for those of you who know me she is a favorite of mine..Never to many Izzies...The imaged was purchased from Stampingbella and yes I did make a stop there prior to my flight and bought some new RUBBAH!!!Coloring was done as you all know with Copics and shaded with Prisma Pencils blended with mineral spirits..The dress is paper pieced and the shading again done with pencils...well I hope you like and thks for stopping by..MWAH!!
